We will execute our key strategies to uncover more opportunities and mitigate risks across our supply chain operations. Under our Smart Procurement and Inventory Management strategy, we will invest in digital technologies like smart software and ERP systems. This will enable real-time, data-driven inventory management, allowing us to better understand customer behaviours and optimise stock levels. To build on our Resilient Logistics strategy, we will focus on improving our warehouse environment and enhancing resilience against health, safety and climate-related risks. This includes exploring options to reduce our Scope 1 and 3 emissions, such as integrating an energy-efficient transportation fleet and utilising renewable energy sources. We will also explore advanced distribution planning and route optimisation tools to improve inventory handling, lower our carbon footprint and enhance customer fulfilment. Lastly, we will continue prioritising our Greenify Supply Chain strategy. This involves establishing baselines, enhancing the measurement and reporting of Scope 3 emissions and implementing supplier assessment based on ESG criteria. We will also promote local sourcing and external collaborations to further improve product life cycle management and reduce waste.
