This involves conducting an in-depth materiality assessment to gather feedback and insights on our material sustainability matters from internal and external stakeholders. The comprehensive process is integral to our sustainability journey, allowing us to mitigate risks and capture opportunities. It enables us to align our sustainability approach with current sustainability trends, regulatory changes and industry peers. We review our materiality matters yearly to effectively drive our sustainability performance and outcomes, ensuring our sustainability strategy remains relevant to the Group’s objectives and stakeholder expectations. PROCESS OF OUR MATERIALITY ASSESSMENT We adopted the materiality assessment process recommended by Bursa Malaysia’s Sustainability Reporting Guide, which consists of four phases: Identification of sustainability matters Prioritisation of material sustainability matters Illustration of prioritisation of material matters via a materiality matrix Review and validation of process and outcome Phase 1 Phase 2 Phase 3 Phase 4
