While our working conditions and terms of employement are not influenced or determined based on any collective bargaining agreement, we have policies that dictate the requirement to provide safe, healthy and secure work environment for our employees. Such policies include the OSH Policy, Sustainability Policy, Anti-Sexual Harassment Policy, Child Labour & Forced Labour Policy as well as Equal Opportunity Policy. We also have established grievances channel to allow employees to escalate grievances.
