GENERAL INFORMATION The Company is a public limited liability company, incorporated and domiciled in Malaysia and listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The registered office is at 12th Floor, Menara Symphony, No 5, Jalan Prof Khoo Kay Kim, Seksyen 13, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan and the principal place of business of the Company is located at MST Golf Plaza, No.8, Jalan SS13/5, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia. The principal activity of the Company is to carry on the business as investment holding company. The principal activities of its subsidiaries are disclosed in Note 6 to the financial statements. There have been no significant changes in the nature of the Company and its subsidiaries’ activities during the financial year. The holding company is All Sportz Sdn. Bhd., a private limited liability company incorporated and domiciled in Malaysia. The financial statements were authorised for issue by the Board of Directors in accordance with a resolution of the Board of Directors of the Company on 17 April 2024. 2. BASIS OF PREPARATION 2.1 Statement of compliance The financial statements of the Group and of the Company have been prepared in accordance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (“MFRS”), IFRS Accounting Standards and the requirements of Companies Act 2016 in Malaysia. 2.2 Basis of measurement The financial statements of the Group and of the Company are prepared under the historical cost convention, unless otherwise indicated in the material accounting policies.
