Men’s and women’s entry-level wages are the same and follow a 1:1 ratio. All other workers (non-employees) performing the organisation’s activities are paid a minimum wage based on local minimum wage regulations. Our human resources department verifies the payment and payroll handled by third-party agents to ensure these workers are paid at least the minimum wage. We comply with local minimum wage requirements for all employees, regardless of gender and roles in the company.
