We also make it a point to regularly review and renegotiate terms of trade, aiming to foster a sustainable and enduring business relationship. At our plantation estate, we pay significant attention to the traceability of external crops procured under the Indonesian Plasma Programme. Currently, we have two Plasma Programme ventures in collaboration with the local communities, reflecting our commitment to traceability and sustainable practices. Our Plantation Division had been well-recognised by the province and other local authorities as one of the most efficient plantations in East Kalimantan for its good estate management practices and innovations, as could be evidenced by our multiple highly-coveted awards. Among our notable achievements, MKHOP further strengthened its sustainability journey with several prestigious recognitions. MKHOP was awarded the Best ASEAN ESG Excellence Award for Plantation Sustainability at the ASEAN CFO Sustainability Leadership Summit 2025, recognising our contribution in sustainable practices. We also received The World Green and Sustainability Icon Leadership Lifetime Achievement Award at the Global Chinese Economic and Technology Summit 2025, presented to our Group Executive Chairman, Tan Sri Dato' Chen Kooi Chiew. These accolades reflects MKH’s commitment to implementing innovative practices that drive environmental stewardship, social responsibility and long-term value creation across our operations. Our joint efforts were recognised this year with two prestigious industry accolades, The Star Property Awards – Best National Homeownership Initiative (High Rise) and The Edge Malaysia Affordable Urban Housing Excellence Award 2025.
