The division also maintained its role as a key supplier of ready-mix concrete for the Group's major developments, including MKH Boulevard II and MIRAI Residences @ Kajang 2 Precinct 1. We implement QLASSIC assessment for our development projects, a standard established by Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB). By implementing QLASSIC, the construction project's workmanship quality can be benchmarked, enabling the use of a standardised quality assessment system to monitor the construction workmanship. This system helps to strengthen the quality control of our construction works. During the year, our property development project Boulevard II and Kajang East shops manage to obtain a good QLASSIC score of 82% and 80% respectively. In FY2025, we were ranked 11th among the Top 30 Property Developers in Malaysia at The Edge Malaysia Property Excellence Awards 2025. The Group continues to champion affordable homeownership through our own strategic projects as well as collaboration with government agencies and landowners on property development.
