Through our Property Development and Construction Division, we have delivered a diverse portfolio of projects, including integrated townships, transit-oriented developments (TODs) and affordable homes. Each development is designed to meet market needs while enhancing community well-being, fostering social inclusion and creating employment opportunities. This commitment reflects our vision of responsible development and long-term societal value. In FY2025, we introduced innovative financing solutions through the “MKH Be Live Dream Home Ownership” campaign, offering attractive incentives across five developments, Akina (Phase 2), Gaya Residency, MIRAI Residences at Kajang 2, Residensi Naluri and Nexus @ Taman Pertama. To further engage customers, we launched the “Bundle the Joy” program, giving buyers a chance to win travel vouchers. Another highlight was the “Smash Your Golden Egg” campaign, a limitedtime promotion from August to September 2025, offering instant rewards for purchasers of Gaya Residency and Residensi Naluri. Entering the final quarter of FY2025, we rolled out the “Buyer-Get-Buyer” (BGB) introducer campaign, rewarding existing buyers for referrals and strengthening customer relationships. These initiatives reflect our commitment to making homeownership more accessible while deepening engagement with our customers.
