Data Privacy and Security Ensuring the confidentiality and security of our customer data is our top priority. Hence, the Company adheres to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) in managing our customer data including collection, storage and usage. We have made our Personal Data Privacy Notice easily accessible online to provide external stakeholders, including our valued customers, with comprehensive information about how we utilise their data. To manage the risk of malware, ransomware, unauthorised access and/or loss of data, the Group has put in place measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of its data and information technology (IT) infrastructure. Amongst others, firewall system manage and monitor network traffic and accessibility to the Group’s systems: anti-virus and malware software installed in all systems, regular data backup and encryption to protect critical and confidential data. Regular maintenance of the Group’s IT systems were carried out and action taken to close any identified gaps. Throughout the years under review, the Group did not receive any substantiated complaints regarding breaches of customer data privacy. In FY2025, there were NO REPORTED COMPLAINTS regarding breaches of customer privacy or losses of customer data.
