Whistleblowing Mechanism MKH has established a Whistleblower Policy and mechanism to support the reporting of irregularities within the Group’s operations. This framework encourages employees and members of the public to raise genuine concerns regarding improper conduct, with the assurance that individuals making such disclosures will be protected from any form of retaliation.
