As at 30 September 2025, the Group recorded total locked-in unbilled sales of RM471.3 million, from which attributable sales revenue and profit will be recognised progressively. For FY2025, the Plantation Division recorded a commendable revenue of RM363.2 million and PBT of RM108.7 million. Recognising the importance of innovation, our oil palm plantation in East Kalimantan, Indonesia continue to enhance its mechanised fresh fruit bunches (FFB) collection and digital monitoring apps. Enhancements to the PMMS app and Contractor Management System optimised FFB evacuation efficiency, while drones improved agricultural practices through field analysis, palm growth assessment, census, road access monitoring and water flow management. These measures contribute to efficient estate management as we continue efforts to maximise crude palm oil (CPO) production and operational efficiency. The Dream Home Ownership campaign offered incentives that enhanced affordability and made home ownership more accessible to many buyers. - “MKH Be Live Dream Home Ownership” campaign The development of Indonesia’s new administrative capital, Nusantara, in East Kalimantan signifies positive prospects for the region where our plantation is located. Businesses are wellpositioned to benefit from increased economic activity, job creation and improved infrastructure. As a responsible corporate citizen, MKH places strong emphasis on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). For FY2025, the Group contributed approximately RM3.6 million to community engagement initiatives in Malaysia and Indonesia, benefiting educational institutions, local communities and charitable organisations.
