PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES The principal activities of the Company are investment holding and providing management services. A first interim single tier dividend of 3.0 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 30 September 2025 amounting to RM17,306,648 was declared on 27 November 2025 and is to be paid on 9 January 2026. The financial statements for the current financial year do not reflect the dividend. Such dividend will be accounted for in equity as an appropriation of retained earnings in the financial year ending 30 September 2026.
