TOWARDS THE SOCIETY FOR FY2025, WE CONTINUED TO OPTIMISE THE WELFARE OF OUR EMPLOYEES, WORKERS AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS THROUGH ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE ENVIRONMENTS IN WHICH OUR BUSINESSES OPERATE. For FY2025, we continued to optimise the welfare of our employees, workers and community members through engagement activities within the environments in which our businesses operate. A total of 253 trainings and workshops amounting to 7,389 training hours were organised within the reporting year to educate and enhance employees’ knowledge and skills. These includes 2-days training on 18 and 19 July 2025 at Cyberview Resort, Cyberjaya. Attended by 102 employees from various departments, this training was aimed at reinforcing our Company’s core values besides fostering a culture of growth and collaboration. For the financial year ended 30 September 2025, a total of 1,634 training hours were conducted virtually either is in self-learning mode or organised by training providers including while 722 training hours were carried out in the headquarters. Additionally, the employees who have consistently demonstrated a high level of commitment and achievement throughout the year are greatly appreciated by the Group. In order to ensure fair compensation for our employees, their annual performance is evaluated based on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and internal promotions are implemented for eligible employees to take on greater responsibilities. A high quality working relationships with local authorities, interest groups, joint-venture partners, bankers, suppliers, contractors and agencies are fostered by us in the social realm. Our aim is to create and deliver sustainable value to all our stakeholders. We actively collaborate with industry associations, participate in multi-sector forums to gain diverse and valuable perspectives. We continuously improve our sustainable development programs and initiatives.
