FY2025 marked another commendable year for MKH, underpinned by resilience and reflected in our financial performance as well as the continued trust of our valued stakeholders. Despite operating in a challenging business environment, the Group recorded revenue of RM953.3 million and a profit before tax (PBT) of RM166.8 million. This achievement was made possible with the dedication and collective efforts of our Directors, Management and employees, whose professionalism and perseverance continue to drive the Group forward. I extend my sincere appreciation to all of them for their invaluable contributions. For a more comprehensive review of the Group’s financial and operational performance during the year, please refer to the Management Discussion and Analysis section of this Annual Report. Malaysia’s gross domestic product (GDP) is expected to grow by between 4.0% to 4.8% in 2025 after registering a 5.2% growth in the third quarter of 2025, supported by favourable labour market, resilient domestic spending, continued investment activities and tourism. Against this backdrop, the Group remains focused on addressing strong demand for affordable housing by offering well-designed products in strategic locations with the right product mix. For FY2025, the Property Development and Construction Division recorded revenue of RM469.2 million and PBT of RM38.0 million. In an increasingly dynamic real estate landscape, sustainable success requires not only adaptability but also foresight and innovation. One of the key strategies adopted by the Group is Transit-Oriented Development (TOD). In response to strong market interest, MKH has actively pursued developments strategically located along the Klang Valley transit network. Notable service apartment projects include Nexus @ Taman Pertama in Cheras, MKH Boulevard II in Kajang, Nexus @ Kajang Station, MIRAI Residences @ Kajang 2 Precinct 1 and TR2 Residence in Kuala Lumpur. Building on this positive momentum, FY2025 also presented an opportune time to broaden financing solutions for homebuyers through the introduction of the “MKH Be Live Dream Home Ownership” campaign. Conducted throughout the financial year, the campaign benefited prospective purchasers across five developments, namely Akina (Phase 2), Gaya Residency and MIRAI Residences at Kajang 2, as well as Residensi Naluri and Nexus @ Taman Pertama. The Dream Home Ownership campaign offered incentives that enhanced affordability and made home ownership more accessible to many buyers.
