Whistleblowing Mechanism MKH has established a WhistleBlowing Policy and mechanism to facilitate the reporting of possible irregularities within the Group’s operations. Upon receipt of a report, the SINED will thoroughly review and evaluate the disclosure, determining the appropriate course of action. Whistleblowers are encouraged to provide comprehensive details of the incident, including the parties involved. Simultaneously, all reports and the identity of the whistleblower will be treated as confidential.
