This framework encourages and assists employees and members of the public in disclosing genuine concerns regarding improper conduct within the Group, with a commitment to safeguarding the individual making such disclosures from any reprisal. Whistleblowing reports can be submitted to Dato’ Lim Hong Shuan, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director (“SINED”) via email at limhsg10514@gmail.com. Upon receipt of a report, the SINED will thoroughly review and evaluate the disclosure, determining the appropriate course of action. Whistleblowers are encouraged to provide comprehensive details of the incident, including the parties involved. Simultaneously, all reports and the identity of the whistleblower will be treated as confidential.
