SUSTAINABILITY GOVERNANCE In MKH Berhad, we hold firmly to the principles of ethical conduct to ensure our business is conducted with integrity through good governance, in line with the best industry practices as well as the applicable rules and regulations. Our business operating units are guided by the Group’s policies and its respective standard operating procedures. The Board of Directors and the senior management meet regularly to ensure that the planning decision making and execution of the Group’s business operations are carried out professionally. We have an internal Audit Division to undertake an independent and systematic assessment of the Group’s system of risk management and internal controls as established by management in addressing the principal business risks faced by the Group.
