PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES The principal activities of the Company are investment holding and providing management services. The information on the name, place of incorporation, principal activities, and percentage of issued share capital held by the Company in each subsidiaries are as disclosed in Note 15 to the Financial Statements. A first interim single tier dividend of 4.0 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 30 September 2023 amounting to RM23,096,635 was declared on 29 November 2023 and to be paid on 10 January 2024. The financial statements for the current financial year do not reflect the dividend. Such dividend will be accounted for in equity as an appropriation of retained earnings in the financial year ending 30 September 2024. The directors do not recommend any final dividend payment in respect of the financial year ended 30 September 2023.
