Our business operating units are guided by the Group’s policies and its respective standard operating procedures. The Board of Directors and the senior management meet regularly including via virtual meetings to ensure that the planning, decision-making and execution of the Group’s business operations are carried out professionally. We have an internal Audit Division to undertake an independent and systematic assessment of the Group’s system of risk management and internal controls as established by management in addressing the principal business risks faced by the Group.
