Company Profile 5 MKH Berhad • Annual Report 2017 Following the successful completion of the Group’s first shopping mall Plaza Metro Kajang in 1996, our property investment portfolio has since grown to include Metro Point Complex, Prescott Metro Inn, and Rafflesia International and Private Schools among others, while our trading division is well-established as a supplier of quality building materials to local property related business since 2002. In addition, we also own land and factory buildings in China which are currently used for furniture manufacturing. MKH is mindful of the need to have a sustainable growth strategy, and supports it by taking into account sustainable practices in economic, environmental and social aspects. As a responsible corporate citizen, we regularly monitor our operations to ensure that they are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
