In addition, stakeholders who wish to reach the respective divisions of the Group may do so through the “Contact Us” page for enquiries and feedback purpose. The AGM which is held once a year is the principal forum for dialogue with individual shareholders. At the Company’s AGM, shareholders have direct access to the Board and are given the opportunity to ask questions during the AGM. The shareholders are encouraged to ask questions both about the resolutions being proposed or about the Company’s operations in general. The Chairman of the Board also addresses the shareholders on the review of the Company’s operations for the financial year and outlines the prospects of the Company for the new financial year. Additionally, immediately after the AGM, the Board also meets members of the press.
