All Board members are encouraged to participate in relevant education and training programmes to stay abreast of evolving business, regulatory, and economic developments, as well as emerging trends that may impact the Group. Since 2010, MISC has been organising the MISC Group Directors’ Training Programme on an annual basis as part of its structured approach to Board development. These sessions are tailored to address the specific training needs of the Board, taking into account feedback from Directors and developments within the industry. The programme covers a broad range of topics designed to enhance strategic understanding, governance awareness, and leadership capabilities.
