(ii) Raja Azlan Shah Raja Azwa is the Non-Independent Non-Executive Director, MHB. (iii) Mohd Nazir Mohd Nor is the Managing Director & CEO, MHB. Save as disclosed above, none of the ELT Members have: (a) Any family relationship with any Directors and/or Major Shareholders of MISC Berhad; (b) Any conflict of interest or potential conflict of interest, including interest in any competing business, with MISC Berhad or its subsidiaries; and (c) Any conviction for offences other than traffic offences within the past five (5) years, received any public sanction or any penalty imposed by the relevant regulatory bodies during the financial year.
