VALUE CHAIN AND BUSINESS PROCESSES In providing an additional, more in-depth perspective of the Group’s business model, IAR2025 delves into the specific business processes of the Group’s value chain, namely the integrated value chain of the property development and construction divisions. The objective of depicting the value chain and key processes is to enable providers of capital to garner a clearer perspective of how capitals are consumed and utilised from cradle-to-grave towards enabling value creation. In doing so, it is possible to also establish linkages between business processes and capital dependencies as well as financially material sustainability topics.
