In 1994, he was promoted to Project Manager within the same company, leading the feasibility studies and iniঞal planning for the ambiঞous 6,000-acre Nilai New Township in Negeri Sembilan. In 1995, Mr. Ho joined Potenঞal Region Sdn Bhd as Project Manager, contribuঞng to the development of a 220-acre orchard homestead resort in Port Dickson and residenঞal housing projects in Sri Senawang, both located in Negeri Sembilan. He subsequently le[ Potenঞal Region Sdn Bhd in 1997, and was appointed as Director and General Manager of Matrix Concepts Group. In this role, he oversaw the execuঞon of various development projects undertaken by the Group. His leadership trajectory conঞnued as he was promoted to Group Deputy Managing Director in 2012, followed by a redesignaঞon to Group Managing Director on 1 September 2018—a posiঞon he held unঞl 31 March 2025. Effecঞve 1 April 2025, Mr. Ho stepped down from his role as Group Managing Director for health reason and now serves Matrix Group as its Group Advisor.
