The Group’s flagship Sendayan Developments contributed RM1,007.8 million, a 18.5% decrease from RM1,236.9 million recorded previously. However, the decline was parঞally offset by contribuঞons from Levia Residence, the Group’s second high-rise development in Kuala Lumpur, which generated RM40.5 million in revenue. The strong market response to Levia Residence has prompted the Group to accelerate the launch of its second phase in November 2025. In terms of product segmentaঞon, residenঞal and commercial properঞes remained the primary revenue driver, accounঞng for 90.9% of total revenue. However, the residenঞal segment revenue declined by 19.0% to RM993.2 million in FY2025, from RM1,226.2 million in FY2024. The Group’s other business segments demonstrated encouraging growth. The hospitality and educaঞon divisions collecঞvely expanded by 29.3% to RM51.2 million in FY2025, up from RM39.6 million in FY2024. This was driven primarily by the educaঞon segment, which recorded a 70.8% increase in revenue to RM24.6 million, from RM14.4 million previously, supported by rising student enrolment. The healthcare segment, spearheaded by Mawar Medical Centre (“MMC”), contributed RM13.2 million in revenue a[er commencing contribuঞons in the second half of the financial year ended 31 March 2024.
