1. Corporate information The Company is a public limited liability company, incorporated and domiciled in Malaysia and listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securiঞes Berhad. The principal acঞviঞes of the subsidiaries are set out in Note 10 to the financial statements. There have been no significant changes in the nature of these acঞviঞes during the financial year. The financial statements were authorised for issue by the Board of Directors in accordance with a resoluঞon of the directors on 26 June 2025. 2. Summary of material accounting policies 2.1 Basis of preparation The financial statements of the Group and of the Company have been prepared in accordance with the MFRS Accounঞng Standards, IFRS Accounঞng Standards and the requirements of the Companies Act 2016 in Malaysia. The financial statements of the Group and of the Company have been prepared on the historical cost basis. The financial statements of the Group and of the Company are presented in Ringgit Malaysia ("RM"), which is the Company's funcঞonal and presentaঞon currency and has been rounded to the nearest thousand, unless otherwise stated. 2.2 Changes in accounting policies The accounঞng policies adopted are consistent with those of the previous financial year except as follows. On 1 January 2024, the Group and the Company adopted the following amended standards which are mandatory for annual period beginning on or a[er 1 January 2024.
