STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY BY DIRECTORS IN RESPECT OF THE PREPARATION OF THE ANNUAL AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS (Pursuant to Paragraph 15.26 (a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad) The Directors are responsible for ensuring that the annual audited financial statements of the Group and the Company are drawn up in accordance with Malaysian Financial Reporঞng Standards, Internaঞonal Financial Reporঞng Standards and the requirements of the Companies Act, 2016 in Malaysia and the MMLR of Bursa Malaysia Securiঞes Berhad. The Directors are also responsible for ensuring that the annual audited financial statements of the Group and the Company are prepared with reasonable accuracy from the accounঞng records of the Group and the Company so as to give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the Group and the Company as at 31 March 2025, and of the results of their operaঞons and cash flows for the year ended on that date. In preparing the annual audited financial statements, the Directors have applied the appropriate and relevant accounঞng policies on a consistent basis; made judgments and esঞmates that are reasonable and prudent; and prepared the annual audited financial statements on a going concern basis.
