INCORPORATION OF A TOWNSHIP DEVELOPMENT APPROACH The presence of two townships in the Group’s property portfolio allows for a key competitive advantage; that is the ability to phase, or time launches of new phases within its townships. The Group can strategise its launches and is under no pressure to quickly launch due to financial or other constraints. More time can be allocated for planning future phases, including incorporating customer feedback and other insights towards developing higher quality and more sellable products. OUR BUSINESS STRENGTHS Value for money homes, mostly midranged properties provide quality living and meets the nation’s needs for housing demand. Retail and commercial components such as shops, malls and offices sustain local business activity which support local employment and job creation. This leads to a wide range of positive multiplier effects for the local community. Leisure and entertainment components such as the X-Park and d’Tempat Country Club meet the community needs for recreation. d’Sora Boutique Business Hotel completes the value proposition, providing accommodation for leisure or business travellers. Matrix Global Schools complete another segments of value proposition, providing quality education to the younger generation in Bandar Sri Sendayan and its vicinity. Industrial developments at Sendayan TechValley provide further job creation and economic activity to sustain the township. Excellent road and highway infrastructure provides unfettered accessibility and connectivity. Emphasis on “blue” and “green” natural environments enable nature to thrive in our townships.
