DIRECTORS’ REPORT The directors hereby submit their report and the audited financial statements of the Group and of the Company for the financial year ended 31 March 2024. PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES The Company is principally engaged in investment holding activities. The information on the name, place of incorporation, principal activities, and percentage of issued share capital held by the holding company in each subsidiary company are set out in the “Subsidiaries” of this report. There have been no significant changes in the nature of these principal activities during the financial year. The financial statements for the current financial year do not reflect the above declared dividends. Such dividends will be accounted for in equity as an appropriation of retained profits in the financial year ending 31 March 2025.
