The Group has also ventured to Australia – progressively expanding its presence through an increasing number of successful projects, located in the city of Melbourne and the surrounding vicinity. Essentially, Matrix’s Business Model is primarily driven by its property development and related activities which account for the bulk of the Group’s revenue and earnings.
