Beyond equipping employees with the necessary skills and expertise to drive the Group’s business strategies, we actively support their personal and professional growth. All employees undergo annual performance appraisals, where their performance is evaluated, and their training needs are identified. Additionally, our Human Resources Department conducts a training needs analysis to assess and determine relevant training programs for employees.
