Drug and Alcohol Policy Establishes a zero-tolerance approach to drugs and alcohol to ensure employees remain fit for duty and to maintain a safe working environment. Personal Protective Equipment Policy Defines the minimum personal protective equipment requirements for employees and contractors to reduce exposure to workplace hazards and support safe operations. Smoking Policy Provides rules on workplace smoking by restricting it to designated areas in order to promote a safer, cleaner and healthier environment. Stop Work Policy Empowers employees to stop work that poses an immediate risk to health, safety or the environment, reinforcing accountability for safe operations. Security Policy Outlines measures to protect employees, assets, vessels and facilities against security threats, unlawful acts and operational disruptions. Anti-Bullying and Sexual Harassment Policy Establishes zero tolerance for sexual harassment, bullying, intimidation, retaliation, and any abusive behaviour, ensuring all employees, contractors, visitors, and third parties are treated with dignity and respect in both offshore and onshore workplaces. Navigation Policy Sets out the Group’s commitment to safe, reliable and efficient navigation, with priority placed on the safety of life, vessels and the environment. Cyber Security Policy Sets out the Group’s commitment in managing cyber risks as part of its overall safety management approach for its marine operations. It focuses on identifying, protecting against, detecting, and recovering from cyber threats to ensure the security of personnel, assets, and operations, while maintaining business continuity and minimising potential disruptions. Moving Forward The Group will continue to strengthen its health and safety practices by reviewing and enhancing its existing HSSE Policies based on findings from occupational safety and health compliance audits and in line with the Occupational Safety and Health (Amendment) Act 2022. In addition, the Group remains committed to maintaining its relevant HSE-related ISO certifications as part of its continuous efforts to uphold robust health, safety and environmental management standards. 73 Annual Report 2025
