SIGNIFICANT EVENTS OCCURRING AFTER THE REPORTING PERIOD (a) On 4 February 2026, Keyfield Resolute entered into a Shipbuilding Contract with Jiangsu Shunhong Marine Technology Co., Ltd. for the shipbuilding of a new vessel for a contract price of USD18,000,000 (equivalent to RM70,700,000). Keyfield Resolute has made the first progress payment of USD2,700,000 (equivalent to RM10,692,000) on 6 February 2026 and the shipbuilding is currently in progress. (b) On 31 March 2026, Keyfield Resolute entered into a Shipbuilding Contract with Fujian Mawei Shipbuilding Ltd. and Fujian Funing Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. for the shipbuilding of a new vessel for a contract price of USD18,000,000 (equivalent to RM72,500,000).
