Malaysian Age 48 Male GOH YET LOONG Group Chief Strategy Officer Mr Goh Yet Loong was appointed as our Chief Strategy Officer on 1 April 2025. In this role, he leads corporate strategy and planning, identifies high-value business opportunities and drives operational excellence to strengthen Keyfield’s competitive position in the offshore oil and gas sector, while also exploring new avenues of growth. He also plays a key role in Keyfield’s post-IPO expansion, steering the Group into its next phase of innovation and sustainability. Mr Goh graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from University of California (“UC”), Berkeley in 2001. He later obtained an MBA from Institut Européen d’Administration des Affaires (“INSEAD”) in 2007. Mr Goh began his career in 2002 as a Product Engineer at Applied Materials after graduating from UC Berkeley, a Silicon Valley-based leading supplier of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and services. At Applied Materials, he gained exposure and experience in product design, high-tech manufacturing and global supply chain operations. He later took on the role of Project Manager for new product manufacturing, where he led cost reduction initiatives and global materials sourcing strategies. After obtaining his MBA in 2007, Mr Goh worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, advising global companies across the United States and Asia Pacific regions on corporate strategy, market expansion, business technology and operational transformations. His major clients include global leaders in the telecommunications, semiconductor, aviation, oil and gas, and information technology industries. During his tenure, he consistently helped businesses unlock synergies, enhance efficiency, strengthen operations and achieve sustainable growth. Prior to joining Keyfield, he served as Group COO of a publicly listed company with a diversified portfolio in aviation, land and transport, oil and gas as well as marine sectors. He then became the CEO and a board member of a Malaysian joint venture company involved in maintenance, repair and overhaul (“MRO”) of trainsets, where he successfully led a RM695.0 million contract for the MRO of Six-Car Set (“SCS”) commuter and Electric Train Service (“ETS”) trains. Subsequently, Mr Goh joined Keyfield in 2025 and assumed his current position as Group Chief Strategy Officer. Malaysian LIM KIM LEE Group Chief Compliance and Costing Officer Ms Lim Kim Lee was appointed as our Group Chief Compliance and Costing Officer on 1 January 2025. She is responsible for leading the Group’s governance, risk management, compliance, sustainability and human resources strategic functions. She is also entrusted to oversee our Group’s cost optimisation initiatives. In Keyfield, Ms Lim drives the development of a strong compliance culture across the organisation, ensuring that business practices adhere to regulatory requirements and maintain sound ethical standards. She also spearheads the Group’s sustainability efforts, working with both internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) strategies that support long-term value creation and responsible business conduct. In addition, she oversees strategic human capital planning to align talent development initiatives with our Group’s broader objectives. She graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Otago, New Zealand in 1999. Currently, she is a chartered accountant and member of the MIA, as well as a Fellow Chartered Management Accountant (“FCMA”) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (“CGMA”) of the CIMA. Ms Lim began her career as an Account and Audit Assistant with private entities from 2000 to 2003. Later in 2003, she joined Classic Scenic Berhad (now known as Hextar Retail Berhad) as a Finance Officer and progressed steadily to the role of CFO in 2016. During her tenure, she was responsible for the overall financial and accounting functions, corporate exercises, governance, risk management, compliance and sustainability initiatives of the group. Her last-held position was Executive Director and CFO. In 2024, she joined our Group as Senior Vice President, Cost Control and Risk Management, and was subsequently promoted to Group Chief Compliance and Costing Officer in 2025.
