PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES The Company is principally engaged in the business of investment holding. The information on the name, place of incorporation, principal activities, and percentage of issued share capital held by the holding company in each subsidiary company are set out in the “Subsidiaries” section of this report. There have been no significant changes in the nature of these principal activities during the financial year except for the resumption of operations by a subsidiary, Keyfield Ship Services Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Keyfield Geomarine Sdn Bhd).
