Remuneration of Senior Management Due to the confidentiality and sensitivity of remuneration details, the Board is of the opinion that disclosing the remuneration of Senior Management on a named basis would not be in the Company’s best interest, given the competitive environment that may give rise to recruitment and talent retention challenges.
