Financial Statements IHH Healthcare Berhad is a company incorporated and domiciled in Malaysia. It is listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. The address of the Company’s principal place of business and registered office is as follows: Level 35, Mercu Aspire 3 Jalan Bangsar, KL Eco City 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia The consolidated financial statements of the Company as at and for the financial year ended 31 December 2024 comprise the Company and its subsidiaries (together referred to as the “Group” or “IHH Group” and individually referred to as “Group entities”) and the Group’s interests in associates and joint ventures. The principal activities of the Company are those relating to investment holding, whilst the principal activities of the subsidiaries are as stated in note 38 to the financial statements. There has been no significant change in the nature of these activities during the financial year. These financial statements were authorised for issue by the Board of Directors on 27 February 2025. 1. BASIS OF PREPARATION (a) Statement of compliance The financial statements of the Group and of the Company have been prepared in accordance with MFRS Accounting Standards as issued by the Malaysian Accounting Standards Board (“MFRS Accounting Standards”), IFRS Accounting Standards as issued by the International Accounting Standards Board (“IFRS Accounting Standards”) and the requirements of the Companies Act 2016 in Malaysia.
