CONDUCT OF GENERAL MEETINGS The AGM is the principal forum for shareholder dialogue, allowing shareholders to review the Group’s performance through the Company’s Annual Report and pose questions to the Board for clarification. The 20th AGM of the Company was held virtually at the Broadcast venue at Suite 301, Block F, Pusat Dagangan Phileo Damansara 1, No. 9, Jalan 16/11, Off Jalan Damansara, 46350 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia on Friday, 14 June 2024. The Company has appointed Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd as Poll Administrator to conduct the polling process and Scrutineer Solutions Sdn Bhd as Scrutineers to verify the poll results. There was active participation by the shareholders and all Directors were present to engage with shareholders. Moreover, Management and external auditors were also in attendance to respond to shareholders’ queries. A total of 23 questions covering the Company’s financial and non-financial performance were posed by the shareholders prior to and during the AGM and they were all answered. The completed list of questions together with the answers were posted on Bursa Securities’ website on 12 July 2024 together with the minutes of the AGM. For a heads up and to manage the shareholders’ expectation, the Chairman before he opened to the floor to ask question, he told all present that he would use his best endeavour to deal with as many questions as possible that day. In the event if there were too many questions or if there is any question that needs further elaboration or the answer is factual in nature and could not be answered or provided that day, the answers would be posted on the Company’s website. The Chairman did manage to answer all the questions save for a few which were included in the Appendix A of the Minutes of the 20th AGM which was posted in Bursa’s website as well the Company’s own website for all to access. The Board has set up the corporate website at www.frontken.com to encourage shareholders and investors to pose questions and queries to the Company. Questions and queries, if any, are attended to by the Company’s Senior Management. In addition, the Board also encourages shareholders and other stakeholders to communicate with the Company through other channels, via post at 601D, Level 6, Tower D, Uptown 5, No. 5, Jalan SS21/39, Damansara Uptown, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan or e-mail at ir@ frontken.com.
