He has more than 30 years of experience in audit, accounting, financial, tax, treasury and budget management in audit firm and various organisations. He joined Frontken Corporation Berhad in 2009 as senior finance manager and, subsequently, he was promoted to Financial Controller and Senior Financial Controller before he was promoted to his current position of Chief Financial Officer. He serves on the boards of several subsidiaries of Frontken Corporation Berhad. He has no family relationship with any other Directors or major shareholders of the Company. He has not been convicted of any offences within the past five years. He has no conflict of interest with the Company.
