49 ANNUAL REPORT 2026 ENRA GROUP BERHAD FOSTERING ENVIRONMENTAL STEWARDSHIP ENERGY MANAGEMENT AND EMISSIONS Why is it important Energy and fuel consumption form part of the Group’s operating and project costs across its business activities. Changes in fuel prices, electricity tariffs, energy supply conditions and evolving climate- and energy-related regulations may affect operating costs, project execution and broader business conditions over time, particularly across marine, operational and project activities. Our Approach The Group manages energy consumption primarily through operational controls, maintenance practices and cost management measures across its operations and activities. Energy consumption and related greenhouse gas (“GHG”) emissions may also arise from activities performed by contractors, charterers, technical managers and other third parties, depending on the applicable operating arrangements. Key elements of the Group’s approach are summarised below: Area Key Measures Office and Operational Energy Usage • Electricity consumption is managed through operational controls and good housekeeping practices, including switching off lighting and equipment when not in use and maintaining air-conditioning systems appropriately. • LED lighting and energy-efficient equipment are utilised across relevant offices and operational facilities, where practicable. Vehicle, Equipment and Operational Efficiency • Company vehicles and operational equipment are maintained in accordance with servicing schedules to support operational efficiency and reduce unnecessary fuel consumption and associated GHG emissions. Contractor and ThirdParty Operational Activities • For operational activities managed by contractors, charterers or service providers, energy usage and fuel consumption are primarily managed by the relevant operational parties based on the applicable operating arrangements. • The Group maintains operational oversight and coordination, where relevant, as part of project and operational management activities. Monitoring and Operational Oversight • Electricity and fuel consumption information is reviewed periodically, where available, to support operational monitoring and cost management initiatives. • The Group continues to improve visibility over energy consumption and related GHG emission sources across its operations and activities over time.
