ENRA Group Berhad Annual Report 2025

66 SECTION 04 : CORPORATE GOVERNANCE • PAPER USAGE ENRA is committed to reducing paper consumption across its operations through the implementation of digitalisation initiatives. The Group continues to transition various business processes to digital platforms, contributing to a general reduction in paper usage. One notable initiative led by the GIT team is the development of an employee portal utilising Microsoft SharePoint services. This digital platform supports paperless onboarding and centralised document storage, thereby reducing paper usage and streamlining document management. In addition to enhancing operational efficiency, the portal contributes to the Group’s broader sustainability objectives by minimising reliance on physical documentation. The portal also serves as a hub for sharing tips and resources that promote energysaving practices both at work and at home, such as switching off lights and electronic devices when not in use. This initiative supports a more sustainable future while improving the overall employee experience. EMPLOYEE PORTAL In addition, the Group encourages employees to reuse single-sided printed paper for internal documentation or materials that require printing and filing. This practice not only reduces paper waste but also promotes a culture of resourcefulness and environmental responsibility within the organisation. By making efficient use of existing resources, ENRA further reinforces its commitment to sustainable workplace practices. Sustainability Report (Cont’d)
