56 SECTION 04 : CORPORATE GOVERNANCE • CYBERSECURITY Data security and protection remain top priorities for ENRA. The Group recognises the critical importance of securing its data against breaches, intrusions, and cyber threats. In FYE 2025, ENRA maintained a proactive approach by enhancing cybersecurity measures through fail-safe systems, real-time monitoring tools, and rapid response protocols. Additionally, the Group reinforced employee awareness by promoting best practices in cybersecurity and data privacy through continuous knowledge sharing and training initiatives. To support these efforts, the Group IT team has developed the following standard best practices: I. Robust Cybersecurity Measures Implement firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and data encryption to safeguard sensitive information from unauthorised access, breaches, and cyberattacks. II. Regular Security Audits and Updates Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and address potential weaknesses in IT systems. Ensure software and firmware are kept up-to-date with the latest security patches. MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION (ENABLED) SECURITY DASHBOARD SECURITY CONTROL PATCH MANAGEMENT - UPDATE III. Software Installation Control Measures Users and employees are prohibited from installing software without the knowledge and approval of Group IT.
