Virtualisation Migrating multiple servers and the conventional PRI PABX phone system to a cloud-based solution to optimise efficiency, power utilisation, and energy management, while providing users with a mobile desk phone system for enhanced accessibility. IV. Energy-Efficient Hardware Invest in energy-efficient hardware certified by Programmes like Energy Star. taking into account features like power-saving modes and efficient cooling systems. V. Cloud Services Utilisation Leveraging the Microsoft 365 cloud platform, which offers significant energy efficiency benefits through economies of scale and substantial investments in data center optimisation.
