46 SECTION 04 : CORPORATE GOVERNANCE Compliance reviews are conducted across all key departments and subsidiaries on a regular basis to assess the practices and performance of their respective functions, ensuring alignment with existing Group policies and procedures. These reviews also help identify areas for improvement. The compliance activities that have taken place include: I. QHSE Compliance Activities Building upon previous years, the central focus of the QHSE function in FYE 2025 was the MT Hexagon Alpha, an oil/chemical tanker currently operating under the Malaysian flag and owned by Hexagon Marine Logistics Labuan Ltd. (“HMLLL”). Unlike its prior role as an Offshore Storage Services Facility, the MT Hexagon Alpha was converted back into an oil/chemical tanker for use in the logistics business as a trading tanker. In line with this new operational direction, HMLLL appointed Norstar Ship Management (“NSM”) as the Technical Manager responsible for the vessel’s Operation and Maintenance (“O&M”). NSM, being a reputable and experienced ship management company, is tasked with overseeing the entire operation while implementing its standardised systems in compliance with maritime regulations and requirements, including the QHSE framework, Safety Management System (“SMS”), and other relevant standards. II. IT Infrastructure Governance and Control (“ITGC”) Audit During the financial year, as part of annual audit practices, the Group engaged BDO to conduct an IT General Controls (“ITGC”) audit focused specifically on ENRA's accounting and financial systems. The objective of this recurring audit is to proactively identify potential business risks and assess the effectiveness of existing system controls. The audit report, which was presented to the ARMSC and subsequently endorsed by the Board, provided recommendations to align the Group’s IT infrastructure with industry best practices. While some recommendations have been implemented, others are currently under review by the Group Information Technology (“GIT”) team as part of continuous improvement efforts stemming from these yearly audits. III. Regulatory Certification for Property Development Products The Group's property development subsidiary, Q Homes Sdn. Bhd. (“Q Homes”), incorporates industrial building systems ("IBS") into its development project in Dengkil, Selangor. The utilisation of these systems entails strict adherence to specific building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. Ensuring that the IBS products align with these regulations and standards is paramount to guaranteeing the safety of workers, the public, and environmental preservation. For instance, the illustration below presents two distinct certificates issued by Bomba. These certificates confirm the fire ratings of the products employed in the Dengkil property development project of the Group. Sustainability Report (Cont’d)
