26 SECTION 04 : CORPORATE GOVERNANCE Sustainability Report (Cont’d) MESSAGE FROM THE GROUP CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER Dear Esteemed Stakeholders, In today’s rapidly transforming world, businesses are being called to lead not only through performance, but through purpose. The convergence of climate urgency, and shifting stakeholder priorities has created a new mandate for companies to act as responsible stewards of both capital and community. At ENRA, this clarity of purpose has shaped how we navigate challenges and seize new opportunities. We view sustainability not as a standalone objective, but as a foundation for long-term resilience, informing how we allocate resources, develop capabilities, and deliver value to all stakeholders. Our approach to sustainability is driven by a belief that businesses must be part of the solution. For ENRA, this means moving beyond compliance to create meaningful impact, whether through reducing operational risks or aligning with international climate goals. While frameworks and reporting standards provide the structure, it is our people and our values that provide the momentum. In the financial year ended 31 March 2025, we made steady progress in deepening our sustainability agenda across our diversified business segments. While maintaining a firm focus on environmental stewardship, social impact, and governance excellence, we also remained adaptable and agile. One of the key developments this year was the conversion of our Hexagon Alpha vessel—formerly a Floating Storage and Offloading (FSO) vessel, into a trading tanker. As a result of this change in operational status, our requirement for tracking and managing certain metrics such as emissions has changed, in line with international maritime practices. This shift allows us to concentrate on optimising our core capabilities in logistics and energy services, while ensuring continued sustainability compliance through partnerships with our stakeholders. Despite a year of global volatility, ENRA continued to uphold its sustainability priorities through operational efficiencies, stakeholder engagement, and responsible governance. Our achievements in FYE 2025 included enhanced ESG disclosures, stronger alignment with key sustainability frameworks, and further progress on emissions intensity reduction across our controllable operations. The path ahead will continue to evolve, and so will we. We know progress takes time, partnership, and consistency. Sustainability remains a journey, one that requires not just plans, but conviction. Guided by our Vision and anchored in our Shared Values, we are moving forward with determination, working together with our stakeholders to build a future that is more resilient, inclusive, and sustainable for generations to come. On behalf of the Board, I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to our shareholders, employees, partners, and communities for their continued trust and support. As we move forward, we do so with a shared conviction—that sustainability is not just a goal, but a way of life and a legacy we must build together. Thank you. Warm regards, Tan Sri Dato’ Kamaluddin bin Abdullah President & Group Chief Executive Officer
