24 SECTION 04 : CORPORATE GOVERNANCE SUSTAINABILITY REPORT ABOUT THIS REPORT ENRA is pleased to present the Sustainability Report for FYE 2025 (“SR2025”), which provides an in-depth overview of the Group's ongoing strategic efforts, initiatives, and achievements in managing Economic, Environmental, Social, and Governance ("EESG") impacts across its operations. This Report outlines the Group's journey in delivering sustainable value to all stakeholders, measured through EESG outcomes. It highlights the alignment of financial value creation with the pursuit of non-financial value, aimed at fostering socio-economic progress and contributing to the nation's development. SR2025 reflects ENRA’s strong commitment to enhancing the Group’s sustainability performance, highlighting key milestones and achievements for FYE 2025. This Report should be read together with our Annual Report 2025 (“AR2025”) to obtain a holistic understanding of our operations. Readers can refer to the Bursa Sustainability Performance Report on pages 81 to 82 for our sustainability performance data. REPORTING FRAMEWORK AND DATA INTEGRITY SR2025 has been prepared in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (“GRI”) Standards 2021. In addition, the Group has followed several leading sustainability guidelines, standards, and frameworks, including: • Bursa Malaysia’s Sustainability Reporting Guide Third Edition; • United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (“UNSDGs”); and • ENRA Sustainability Policy and Framework. The Report encompasses the following reporting principles: • Stakeholder Engagement: incorporating the expectations and concerns of stakeholders; • Sustainability Context: presenting the performance of the Group within the wider context of sustainability; • Materiality: recognising and prioritising the key sustainability issues faced by the Group; and • Completeness: reporting all sustainability topics that are relevant to the Group, and those that impact its stakeholders. All information presented in this Report is sourced internally and subject to verification and validation by the relevant business units. The Group is committed to continuously improving its data collection and analysis methods to enhance accuracy, quality, and future disclosures.
