(III) AS AT THE DATE OF THIS REPORT (e) There are no charges on the assets of the Group and of the Company which have arisen since the end of the financial year to secure the liabilities of any other person. (f) There are no contingent liabilities of the Group and of the Company which have arisen since the end of the financial year. (g) The Directors are not aware of any circumstances not otherwise dealt with in the report or financial statements which would render any amount stated in the financial statements of the Group and of the Company misleading. SIGNIFICANT EVENTS DURING THE FINANCIAL YEAR Significant events during the financial year, other than those disclosed elsewhere in the financial statements, are disclosed in Note 43 to the financial statements. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS AFTER THE END OF THE REPORTING PERIOD Details of subsequent events after the end of the reporting period are disclosed in Note 44 to the financial statements. AUDITORS The auditors, BDO, have expressed their willingness to continue in office. The details of auditors’ remuneration of the Company and its subsidiaries for the financial year ended 31 March 2018 are disclosed in Note 31 to the financial statements.
