("EMS") Cenviro Group Khazanah is the holding company of UEMG by virtue of its 100% interest in UEMG. EMS is a wholly-owned subsidiary of UEM Edgenta, which in turn is a 69.14% subsidiary of UEMG. Cenviro is a 70% subsidiary of Khazanah. 23 Edgenta Facilities Sdn. Bhd. and its subsidiaries ("EFSB Group") UEM Builders Berhad ("UEM Builders") Khazanah is the holding company of UEMG by virtue of its 100% interest in UEMG. EFSB is a wholly-owned subsidiary of UEM Edgenta, which in turn is a 69.14% subsidiary of UEMG. UEM Builders is a wholly-owned subsidiary of UEMG. 24 EFSB Group CIMB Group Holdings Berhad and its subsidiaries ("CIMB Group") Khazanah is the holding company of UEMG by virtue of its 100% interest in UEMG. EFSB is a wholly-owned subsidiary of UEM Edgenta, which in turn is a 69.14% subsidiary of UEMG. ("UEM Construction") Khazanah is the holding company of UEMG by virtue of its 100% interest in UEMG.
