UEM Edgenta is a 69.14% subsidiary of UEMG. MAHB is a 98.69% subsidiary of Gateway Development Alliance Sdn. Bhd., which in turn is a 40% associated company of Pantai Panorama Sdn. Bhd., which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of UEMG. 7 UEM Edgenta Group Tenaga Nasional Berhad ("TNB") and its subsidiaries ("TNB Group") Khazanah is the holding company of UEMG by virtue of its 100% interest in UEMG. UEM Edgenta is a 69.14% subsidiary of UEMG. Khazanah holds 22.46% equity interest in TNB. 8 UEM Edgenta Group Cenviro Sdn. Bhd. and its subsidiaries ("Cenviro Group") Khazanah is the holding company of UEMG by virtue of its 100% interest in UEMG. UEM Edgenta is a 69.14% subsidiary of UEMG. Cenviro is a 70% subsidiary of Khazanah. Tan Sri Dr. Azmil Khalid and Nurul Iman Mohd Zaman are directors of UEM Edgenta and Cenviro.
